#8 Sand
Our #8 Sand is screened and washed sand. Finer than our #4 Sand used for concrete it is used for brick mortar by masons and can be used as a darker alternative to our Play Sand for sandboxes.
Play Sand
Looking to buy Play Sand? We screen sand from our own pit. This sand is great for beaches, sand boxes, and volleyball courts. Our Play Sand is great for getting kids out of the house. Our #8 Sand can also be used as a darker sandbox alternative to play sand.
What kind of sand should I use for my swimming pool?
8 Mason sand is great for swimming pools. It is washed and finely graded with no sharp edges which will not rupture the pool liner.
What kind of sand should I use for a sandbox, volleyball court or beach?
We offer Play Sand for sandbox and volleyball courts. It is clean light-colored sand that has gone through a screening
process and is commonly used for those purposes.
